1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Meshborn ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Meshborn is a real-time multiplayer network-territory strategy game. The game features AI-generated content, persistent game worlds, and optional subscription services.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use Meshborn. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Subscription Terms

Meshborn offers an optional auto-renewable subscription ("Meshborn Premium") that provides enhanced features including:

6 conditional order automation slots
2 script slots per agent
Persistent scripts (archive to inventory on agent death)
AI-generated narrative briefings
Cosmetic node themes
Ad-free experience

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended features for unfair advantage
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the game
Attempt to access other players' accounts or data
Interfere with the operation of the game servers

6. AI-Generated Content

Meshborn uses generative AI to create faction names, diplomatic messages, briefings, narrative arcs, and world event descriptions. All AI-generated content is produced by Amazon Bedrock models. No user-generated text content is shared between players — all communication is structured-choice input rendered by AI.

7. Virtual Items

All in-game items (agents, scripts, nodes, resources) are virtual and have no real-world monetary value. Virtual items cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the game.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Strukt+Proto B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
